Lisa*
Lisa* can’t turn off her mind. She’s either consumed with worry about things that haven’t happened yet or stuck replaying every potential mistake she’s ever made. Despite all of her efforts to be flawless and please everyone in her life at the expense of her own well-being, she always feels like she’s disappointed someone. Her body, mind, and relationships continue to suffer, but change feels impossible.
Kate*
Kate* wants more from her relationship. She can barely remember the last time she and her husband were intimate, and she’s starting to wonder if they ever will be again. The physical space between them seems to grow by the day, and neither can quite figure out why. Sex has become just another to-do in their ever-growing list, and the last thing that either of them needs is another chore to juggle.

Ben*
Ben* feels like his work is never finished. Between school, extracurriculars, homework, social pressures, and the prospects of his future, it’s all too much. Even though he wants to take control of his life, he simply can’t bring himself to do it. He loses focus, forgets things, and his ADHD keeps getting the better of him. He feels so much shame and guilt for his laziness and wonders if things will ever be any different.
Aaron*
Aaron* can’t stop. Every night, he promises himself that tomorrow will be the day when he finally quits, but tomorrow comes and goes with little change. No matter how hard he tries to fight his compulsive behavior, or swears this will be the last time, it’s simply no use. Now, it’s taking over his entire life. His relationships, health, and future all hang in the balance, but he can’t do it alone.
